Tilley is a Canadian hat company founded in 1980 by Alex Tilley, which manufactures iconic hats and functional apparel inspired by life outdoors. After a recent rebrand, I was asked to redesign the Tilley email direction to help grow their subscriptions, clickthrough and sales by focusing on brand storytelling, cross-selling product categories, and showcasing product features, materials and benefits.
